After 22 years of submarine service, Damian retired as a disabled veteran, carrying with him the resilience, precision, and dedication that shaped his career. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, he spent much of his service stationed on the West Coast, including Bangor, WA, and Honolulu, HI. Now, he channels that same discipline and creativity into Atomic Bulldog Crafts, bringing unique, handcrafted art to life.
With a strong passion for philanthropy, Damian is committed to supporting veterans and dogs, two causes close to his heart. At home, he shares his life with his wife, daughter, and pit bull named Hoagie—the perfect inspiration behind his bold, custom creations.
From hand-painted 3D printed art to laser-engraved gifts, wall art, homeware, apparel, and more, Damian’s work combines craftsmanship with purpose. Every piece is made with the same commitment to quality and authenticity that defines his journey.

About AJ – Creator at Atomic Bulldog Crafts
In 1988, A.J.’s phone rang. “Hey, A.J., wanna come over to my place and play some Dungeons and Dragons?” He eagerly said “Let me go ask my mom! But as this was the height of the “satanic panic,” AJ didn’t get to actually play his first game of D&D until 1994, while stationed in the Army. But from that first moment, he was hooked.
Originally from Nelsonville, Ohio, A.J. joined the Army after high school, where he was stationed in Europe and in the U.S. before returning to Ohio, to serve another nine years in the Ohio Army National Guard. He looks back on his time at Ohio University, where he earned a B.A. in English, as a wonderful time of Marching Band, literature, and lots and lots of Tabletop Role Playing Games.
All of these things combined in A.J. to light a creative spark that infuses everything he does. Why is the sky blue? Does A.J. play too many tabletop games? Stop making up nonsense questions! A.J. is honored to work with Damian at Atomic Bulldog Crafts, combining creativity with a love of cool things for a community of even cooler people. Peace!
